Bertha is the Head of Finance and Operations for Continental Asset Management Limited responsible for financial reporting, client reporting and operations support services. She has over twelve years experience working with leading organizations across several industries. She possesses a rich blend of financial reporting, operations, strategic, administrative, and human resource management experience. She previously worked with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) where she held several roles working with a wide range of stakeholders both at national and international level. She also worked with different members of ICAM offering support in the areas of financial reporting, auditing, taxation, ethics, and regulation. She currently serves on the Boards of Malawi College of Accountancy and Way Ministries.
